Pennsylvania Arts Coalition (PAC) develops and produces original and existing forms of entertainment, from music and film to theater and beyond. Founded in 2022 and based in Williamsport, PA, the organization prioritizes a collaborative, supportive, and challenging environment that complements rather than competes with the existing arts scene in Pennsylvania. PAC is welcoming to people with experience in arts and entertainment, as well as newcomers.

The Code
At Pennsylvania Arts Coalition, we have a code we expect everyone to embody. The code contains three values:
Respect the people.
We believe that good work is only possible if mutual respect exists between everyone in the organization.
Respect the process.
We want to work with collaborative people who are dedicated to putting on quality entertainment in a supportive but challenging environment that pushes us to grow as better artists and better people.
Trust one another.
Assume the best of people rather than the worst. Trust everyone in the room. Never, ever lie.
